On a specific environment we would like to use intercom for product tours, but we don't want that users on that environment have ability to use messenger. Reason for that is that on certain environment there is different support team that users should interact with if they encounter problems. So we are not in charge of support process in that environment but we would like to use product tours for our product there as well.

What would you suggest in that case?

Hey @stefan m​ ! Product tours can be triggered only when Messenger is installed on your website. Best option would be to install the Messenger and then hide it from the Messenger settings.
