It's been a while since we've seen any major releases for Tours - anyone know if they have anything planned?

Hi @user20​ , I don't think if there any public road-maps available.

 

They in August announced Product tours for Mobile (Mobile carousels), +20 new feature for Support, new report section.

What I see is that the Intercom team working really hard to develop great features, keep in mind that it's a big platform, there a lot to do.

Hey @user20​, as @roy s11​ mentioned, we don't have any public-facing roadmaps available at Intercom. I'd recommend subscribing to updates in our News & Updates group in Interconnected, as we'll post there about any major releases!
