Product tour is loading on intercom messages

Hello intercom @team

 

I’m facing issue in integrating product tour in workflow. i did created product tour & integrate with one workflow. but in workflow view tour button is disabled(inactive). How to fix this issue ?

Hi there,

There might be several issues that are causing such behaviour.

Did you set the Send Your Tour Everywhere URL?
Is the tour live?

Can you reach out to us to resolve this issue?
