Product tours does not launch automatically when using the "Use your tour everywhere" link

I've double checked the "Show my tour automatically" settings and still. The tours only launch from the in-app chat, this is the only consistent place that launches the tours. I have adjusted all aspects of my product tour and it still won't launch, anyone else experiencing this issue?


P.s - I've made four tours so far and all of them have this issue.

There was another question about this not too long ago and they used this to get it working. Might be an option.

If not, it might be best to reach out to Intercom support who can investigate a bit more.


Thank you for replying and sharing your knowledge, I appreciate the help. I did see that question and reply, I was looking to see if there was an alternative that didn't require coding.
