Hi,
When I preview a tooltip in the edit section, it shows up how I want it. But when I save and close then preview, it shows up large, cutoff and highlighting another area instead of the selected button.
First image is how I want it to show up, the way it does in edit preview mode.
Second image is how it shows up after saving, closing and previewing.

It’s possible that there is an issue with the CSS selector for the Tooltip, or that there is something odd going on with the set up.
