Tours set to Live don't trigger under listed conditions

My organization has Intercom installed in our platform. We’ve attempted a number of different configurations of settings for how the tour would initiate but we can’t get it to run once it’s set live.

I can see your Product Tour has a number of steps that are Pointers and do not have a specific CSS selector declared for it. If you Tour is unable to locate the elements specified on a page, it will not load as expected.

I would recommend implementing the following Intercom specific CSS selectors, like so:

data-intercom-target=your-specific-selector
