We are trying to find a Report similar to the Customer Engagement one but for INBOUND MESSAGES PER ACCOUNT so we understand which are the users which are contacting us more and overloading our support capacity.

Hey @user2192 !You can get an overall count of new inbound conversation from the conversation report. If you like to know the inbound messages per account, then the best option would be to tag the conversation of each specific account with unique tag name and then filter the reports by tag.
