Hello Team,I would like to request for a feature with regards to the option for Closed conversations on first contact.Your current parameter and help documentetion says that if the conversation was handled entirely by one agent but if it is a reopened conversation it will not be incuded in the single agent closure. We currently are measuring the performace for the agents depending on the single agent closures which creats a huge imact, also we do not want the reopen option to be blocked for the customers. We weould like to request for a feature where the single agent clsoure incudes the reopened conversations as well. Thank you. Â
After the recent update I cannot properly reply to customers on the iOS app. It goes to a new line randomly, then the text disappears. Itâs unusuable.
Hello! đ Our Quality Assurance team has a strong focus on manually evaluating conversations handled only by our human teammates. At this time, Monitors will not pull conversations for review unless the following parameter is met:The conversation must include at least 2 messages from Fin and 2 messages from the customer. Would it be possible to not have this parameter in place? A substantial amount of our conversations (especially emails) do not involve Fin, and they are equally important for evaluating the overall Customer Service experience. Thank you! đ
I review the questions customers ask FIN. At some point in the last 5 days a change was made and now when I view the conversation (from Reports, FIN involved) the convesation automatically goes the bottom and I have to scroll up to the top for every conversation. How can I change this behavior?

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue with Dataset Export in Intercom. In Daily Report I can successfully filter by "Brand is not [specific brand]" and get the correct data. However, when I go to Dataset Export, the same Brand filter is available in the UI, but when I select it, there is no content inside (no brands to choose from). It feels like the filter is broken in Export.Has anyone experienced this? Is there a known limitation or workaround? Thanks in advance!

Hi Team,Where can I change the timestamp for the Dataset export to any other than the default one? I can simply switch that in other views, but not for Dataset export where I would need to do so. Thank you for any hint.Martin
Hi, Iâm wondering if itâs possible to get a weekly overview in Slack of the CSAT scores of the past week. I know itâs possible to send a message to slack when a user is not satisfied, but we would rather get a weekly overview instead of an immediate message. Is this possible?Kind regards
We are currently reviewing and updating Custom Ticket and Conversation attributes; however, have hit a roadblock when trying to archive unused attributes with inaccurate / outdated data as multiple custom attributes are linked to private reports that individual users have created over time.Unnecessary gatekeeping has resulted in me having to chase over a dozen individuals to either update or provide me with access to their private reports before I can archive these attributes. This poses a great risk as during the time it takes to reach out and wait for colleagues across a global org to assist, we have old, outdated data live in reports, and my hands are completely tied as I cannot access or update these reports myself.Feedback from the Intercom Support Team: â⌠to make changes to that attribute, your teammates who own the Custom Reports will need to either update the attribute used in their reports or give you permission to access their reports. Once all related reports are updated, yo
Turns out a âCompanyâ filter doesnât work in any of the SLA reports. Leaving you with no way to see the teamâs performance for any of your clients. Or any other company related info, such as attributes.Iâm surprised a basic report is missing and was wondering if anyone has figured out a way to solve this.
I have one other question about attribute data and existing reports.Namely: Why are not all attributes available to add in the reports? In some cases we would like to export the drill down of both conversations and tickets, in this drilldown it's possible to add certain attributes as extra columns, but not all attributes are available. Why is that?Is there a work around possible? Or a setting you can change to make this possible?Â
I have a workflow set up as follows:If the customer has been unresponsive for 30 seconds â Snooze (4 hours) â Closing message â CSAT â Close. The issue Iâm facing is that when the snooze timer ends, the conversation is assigned to another teammate (e.g. Bryan) before the closing message and subsequent actions are triggered. For example, Anthony handles the conversation for 10 minutes and then snoozes it. When the snooze ends, it gets assigned to Bryan (because Anthony at assignment limit/ away status). The bot then sends the automated closing message and completes the closing actions. As a result, Bryanâs handling time shows as 0â10 seconds (depend how long it takes for the bot to take the subsequent actions), even though he did not actually handle the conversation. However, he is still included in the report because the conversation was assigned to him. This impacts his handling time metrics, as the average is calculated based on total conversations.I have tried adding an âAssign to Cat
Right now, the âCall missed by âŚâ detail only shows in the conversation event log (when enabled), but it canât be used as a reporting dimension. Please add a reporting attribute so we can chart âmissed by teammateâ and see how many calls each teammate missed in a period (e.g., this day, week etc), instead of it looking like the person who answered missed them.Currently if i use the reporting metric âTeam Missed Call Countâ then use any of the graphs other than âKPIâ it is listing the person who answered the phone call as the person who had missed the calls on its way to that person.

Does the Teammate Activity report only include the active status using Intercom Desktop or will it also count the active status using the mobile app? How reliable is the mobile app when it comes to data contribution onto the report generated given the limited features on it?
The reporting feature inside Intercom is great, and when you drill in for a specific chart/metric you can then sort by certain performance metrics. However, if I am in a conversation, reviewing the exchange between a customer and a rep; in order to calculate some of the most common metrics, which are already available in the reporting dashboard, I have to hover over each section of the conversation, note the date and time, then go to the next bubble and do the same thing, on and on for the whole conversation. This calculation has to be done because we all get the âI waited ten minutes for someone to reply!â or a leader reaches out and says âA customer told our sales rep it took 20 minutes to get a resolution.â 90% of the time, we find that isnât even close to the realityâŚ.and we provide that response. But getting to that response is a lot of manual work:Pull up conversation (lets say messenger in this instance) Note the date and time for the first inbound message from customer Do mental
Hello, I need to create a custom report in intercom utilizing the âAdjusted conversation handling timeâ metric, which I understand is currently in beta.  When searching for a metric, this option is not available. I can only find the regular âconversation handling timeâ. Am I missing something?  Â
Currently, without access to the Intercom dashboard, there is no easy way to see which teammates are assigned to which team inboxes. This becomes especially challenging when working with numerous teammates and team inboxes, as manual tracking is no longer realistic.I would like to suggest adding an âExport CSVâ option inSettings â Workspace â Teammates. In addition to the existing columns, the export could include a new column listing all team inboxes that each teammate belongs to.This would allow teams to: Review inbox coverage outside of Intercom Verify whether each team has enough people assigned Manage large, complex team structures more easily Create reports and analyses in Excel or other tools without needing direct dashboard access This small addition would significantly improve visibility and operational reporting for teams managing multiple inboxes and many teammates.
Hi Community đWeâre currently doing a large cleanup of our Intercom workspace â workflows, macros, tags, attributes, reports, roles, permissions, etc. â and weâve run into a major limitation regarding report access for Admins.Even as Workspace Admins, we cannot see, edit, or delete all reports. Access is limited to only those reports explicitly shared with us. This creates challenges when trying to maintain workspace. For example, if we want to remove or archive a tag or attribute, Intercom blocks the action if itâs used in a report we donât have access to. That forces us to track down the report owner, request full access, and wait for them to respond â which can take days. The situation becomes even more complicated when report owners are on maternity/paternity leave or long-term leave. Support has informed us that they cannot delete these reports on our behalf, leaving us effectively blocked from cleaning up parts of the workspace. We actually submitted this as a feature request to P
Hi,Could someone help me confirm whether Iâm using the Intercom report correctly? For one of our clients, we need to generate a weekly report and track ticket follow-ups. Currently, the report only includes tickets that were created during that specific week. However, if Iâm waiting for a customerâs response and the conversation is closed the following week, it doesnât appear in the report. Is there a way to include these tickets in the follow-up, or am I missing a setting in the report?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated đThank you!
Iâd like to see questions my teammates asked Copilot that it wasnât able to find answers for. Why is this not available in reporting? Visibility on unanswered questions seems like a simple way to identify gaps in our knowledge and content.
