churn by companies?

Can we create a report for companies that will churn? For example, if they have 10 active users and none of them are logging in, can I see that? Is it possible to create a report that shows companies that have users who have not viewed certain pages?

Hey @user2099​! Daniel from Customer Support Engineering here &#128295;While viewing the Contacts section in Intercom, you'll see that we have implemented a "slipping away" filter for both companies and people. The filter shows those who have not logged on in more than 30 days, but less than 60 days, and have more than 5 web sessions. You can of course create your own similar filter and create a segment from that. We don't have any pre-built reports for anything like this, but I think you will find the live contacts view to be useful.Hope this helps &#128588;
