Conversation Tag Report combined with Closed on First response


Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone has created a custom report that shows a breakdown of the number of tickets that have been closed on first response but via message tags?

You can create this custom report by selecting the metric “first closed conversations” and segmenting by “conversation tag” 👇
