I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a weekly overview in Slack of the CSAT scores of the past week. I know it’s possible to send a message to slack when a user is not satisfied, but we would rather get a weekly overview instead of an immediate message. Is this possible?

I’m afraid this is currently not possible. You could build some custom integration that computes this and sends it once a week to Slack, but we don’t offer this as a feature at the moment.

Our app, supportman.io sends weekly CSAT reports to your Slack. To a team #channel of your choice, overview of the whole team. But also intercom seat specific weekly summaries to agents via DM in slack.
