Larissa here from Intercom Support.You can get regular updates on how your team is performing by scheduling the Conversations and/or Responsiveness reports.To automate this process and receive the report at regular intervals, you just need to go to the reports page and click on ‘Schedule report’.Then, you just need to choose howoften you want the report to be sent.You can check on this article how to schedule this report.I hope this helps!😊
