Hey Irene
Jacques here from support engineering.
Using our built-in solutions for exporting Conversation data is likely going to be your best bet here! 3rd party apps can be helpful, but because they are built by our partners and not by Intercom, we would be unable to provide any support on these 3rd party tools.
Jacob Cox, a Senior Technical Support Engineer here at Intercom actually had a great post on our Community in which he detailed the different ways of exporting Conversation content!
I’ll link that for you here to give a read:
Any further questions on this, feel free to reach out to our support team via the Messenger and we’d be happy to help! :)
Hi, Irene
I’ve shared this in a similar thread, but here’s a quick recap:
You can use Intercom’s API or export to Amazon S3, but if you prefer a third-party solution, Help Desk Migration is worth exploring. It lets you export message text, notes, tags, custom fields, and more — with field mapping and a free demo preview.
Hope this helps!
