Hi!

 

We need to export, or be able to report on, conversation messages (the actual message text). We’ve read the documentation regarding API or Amazon S3 but we’re wondering – is there any 3rd party app that you’d recommend using?

 

Maybe someone that is already using a 3rd party app for it can give us some advice.

Using our built-in solutions for exporting Conversation data is likely going to be your best bet here! 3rd party apps can be helpful, but because they are built by our partners and not by Intercom, we would be unable to provide any support on these 3rd party tools.

Jacob Cox, a Senior Technical Support Engineer here at Intercom actually had a great post on our Community in which he detailed the different ways of exporting Conversation content!
