Hi. It's been 24 hours since I requested a CSV file exported data and I have not received any email response yet. Can anyone help please?

High volume requests on CSV exports can sometimes lead to delays, since it works as queue system (first in first out). Another reason could be that your email address have been marked as previously bounced. If you still haven't received the file via email, could you please start a conversation with us through the Messenger? We should be able to sort this out for you a bit quicker through there.
