How can i setup a report, showing me 

 

Inbound Chats by hour:

  • 09:00 - 10:00: 232 chats
  • 10:00 - 11:00: 124 chats
  • 11:00 - 12:00: 84 chats
  • 12:00 - 13:00: 972 chats

and so on...

You can view the number of inbound chats by hour in the conversations overview chart, or a custom report!

 

In the customer support overview, you can have the charts show conversation x hours as the example below 👇

With custom reporting, you can filter and view your metrics using detailed filters, like so 👇
