How can I view all the email content sent to a user during the year 2023?

Im running a retro on the emails sent to our top users during the year 2023. Im loking for a way to view all the emails specific users received in a year. I found the rceent content section in each user’s profile, but I cannot expand it to see the entire year, it shows up to May 2023. Is there a way to easily find this?

Hey @Constanza Argonz👋Larissa here from Intercom Support.I’m afraid this would be the only way available for you to see allproactive messages sent to a customer.However, I’ve checked here and I can see messages sent over a year ago.Could you please confirm that youhave sent a message/email to this customer before May 2023?If so, please let us know so we can investigate this further for you.
