How can I view # of replies submitted to a conversation with a particular customer - to understand how many messages it takes before customer's problem is resolved?

Hey @tolga​&#128075;&#127996;Currently there is no specific way you can view the number of replies within in one conversation. You'd manually have to go through and count the responses sent by the teammate.
