How can we get a report to show resource volumes of staff as trying to measure productivity

Can you please explain more what do you mean by resource volumes of staff?

We would like to be able to pull a report that shows the volume of agents that worked , were away and how long they took on MFRT, MRT etc so we can validate our manpower forecast
