We've got quite a few leads from our CPC campaign but doesn't look like Intercom's default UTM is tracking them all. Is this something that's automatic or do we have to implement something for this?

Intercom automatically pulls in the UTM meta. You don't need to do any manual implementation.

 

These attributes are quite liable to change from my understanding and I think they're more so you can send more suitable outbound messages rather than tracking the source of your customers.
