Hello @adam c11 , I hope you are doing well.

If I get this correctly, you want to monitor the login frequency of tagged users with Intercom. Is it correct?

Intercom is a customer engagement/marketing automation solution, you should check MixPanel for that.

MixPanel is a product analytic software.

I hope this will be helpful, Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you for the information. It seems what we want to accomplish would be part of engagement and marketing automation (i.e., Intercom) - for example, send a message to all users that login twice a day with a special upgrade offer. Send a different offer to users who login in twice a month.

@adam c11 , In this case you should send a login event to Intercom, That will allow you to target messages based on the user login.

login_eventMore information about event sending can be found here.

I hope this will be helpful, Let me know if you have any questions about this topic.

Always happy to help.
