Hey!

I am seeking to report on ‘Teammate Away Mode’. Currently Intercom Reporting allows this, however it is against a Calendar period rather than my set Business Hours period.

(See image below).

 

I need to calculate how much time and agent spends away within our set business hours.

I tested this on my end and got the same behaviour.

I doesn’t like this is currently possible, I can submit this as a feature request to the R&D team to see if this is something they can implement.

All potential new features will be added to our Road Map.
