I see in the tickets (not conversation) report that only median time is available for all ticket status. Is there a way to get the average time instead?

This is not possible in this report but I’ll add it as a feature request on your behalf though
You can use custom reports to find the average using ticket metrics though. I’ve added a helpful article below which explains the definitions of each reporting metric
