Hi there, I see in the tickets (not conversation) report that only median time is available for all ticket status. Is there a way to get the average time instead?

Hi @User1349Jennifer here from support 😊This is not possible in this report but I’ll add it as a feature request on your behalf though 🙌You can use custom reports to find the average using ticket metrics though.
