How do we use different email addresses for support?

We need some urgent help - one of my associates asked for help a few weeks ago and hasn't had a response.

We are using Intercom to interact with our customers, however, part of our business model is changing and we will soon be responding to our customers, customers.

We currently use an @intercom email address, as cloud commerce group. We cannot have this address used by us when we respond as our customer to their customer.

We have tried to change the settings to use our email address, but this changes everyone to use @ccg. What we need is a way to change the response email address for just a few people in the teams.

Second This, other platforms allow for the email address for team members to show for example - is this possible?

I've just found out from Intercom that they cannot support this currently in their solution. The only way currently is to buy a different workspace for each email domain you want to use.

For replies, workspaces can either use a default address or they can opt to use the email addresses teammates login with instead.


If a teammate needs to have their replies show up from a different address, they'll need to change the address that they log in with.
