Intercom has successfully completed a HIPAA attestation examination, which means that we now help our customers fulfil their ePHI obligations as we store and process data in a manner consistent with HIPAA standards. This attestation report can be shared under NDA.

We offer our customers the opportunity to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) so as to ensure that they can use Intercom while remaining HIPAA compliant. Customers wishing to sign this must move to a plan offering HIPAA support.
