Hello! I'm new to this forum, love it! I was wondering what the main purpose for the different workspaces is?

Maybe if you guys could provide some examples as to how or why you've used different workspaces. I've got my main workspace pretty much all setup and running, but just wondering as I don't wanna miss out on any other great feature that we could utilize! 🙂

Hello @jose m , Different workspaces can be useful in different situations like:

- You are managing more than 2 Company

- For Marketplaces, they have 2-3 apps like Driver and customer. It's not possible to set-up push notifications for two apps in one workspace.

That's why they are creating a second one for drivers or customers.

- For testing purposes, you can use Test workspace before implement Intercom into a real app.
