Integration with Parative

Has anyone here has integrated Intercom with Parative?my company is looking into it but before moving forward I wanted to ask here if anyone has used it and if you can share what added values you got out of it?

Problems with Jira for ticket

Hi,We're encountering an issue with the  Intercom for Jira and Intercom intergration, where conversations are being incorrectly moved to the "Unassigned" inbox. This happens after an agent creates a Jira ticket, connects it to a conversation and then snoozes the conversation. Initially, these conversations are correctly assigned to a specific inbox. However, upon unsnoozing, they revert to "Unassigned" instead of their original inbox. This only happens when there is a Jira-ticket in the conversation.The typical flow is as follows: a customer interacts with our chatbot, the conversation is then routed to an appropriate inbox, an agent responds and subsequently creates a Jira ticket, and finally snoozes the conversation. The problem arises when the conversation is unsnoozed and does not return to its initially assigned inbox.Could anyone suggest a solution to this problem?

Can I create alerts for poor CSAT scores?

Hey Team, Quick question: “Is it possible to create an alert via Workflows or some other means to alert via Slack when a customer rates a conversation with a teammate as poor?” e.g. CSAT Score is 3 or less.Intercom has the ability to alert Slack Channels based on other workflow triggers like no response within X minutes or an unresponsive conversation, but for us to be able to manage DSATs as they happen with a live alert via Slack or some other modality would be super beneficial to our Support Managers and leaders to help coach and improve our teams. Please let me know if any of you have any ideas on how we can institute something like this or build something like this using Intercom and Slack. Thanks again!

Linking outbound phone calls to a conversation or back-office ticket

We’ve tried using the Beta Phone calls but it didn’t solve our need. Here is our specific use-case:We get a support ticket from a customer. The support ticket involves calling a third-party person We want to be able to link a phone call to a third-party person to the conversation We are happy to even create a back-office ticket, and in the back-office ticket if we had the ability to make an outbound call to a phone number that does not belong to the customer that opened a conversation. Have the recorded phone call live in the back-office ticket We are currently doing this in Zendesk where we manage our outbound phone calls and then try to manually link the call to a conversation. But this is time consuming and adds many steps. We didn’t see this in any of the integrated phone apps as well. Please let us know if we missed something or if this is something someone has been able to achieve.

Trello for the EU Workspace

Hi There,I was not sure whether to post this as a question, conversation or an idea - as it falls into all three categories. We as an organization are moving to Intercom and as a company we as a technical team rely on the Trello application for task management and roadmaps.My question is, I know Intercom has a great looking Trello integration (seen the articles) but sadly for some reason it’s not available in the EU Workspace, which we’re in. I’d be keen to know if there any immediate plans for add Trello availability to the EU Workspace? - or just a realistic honest answer about when it may be added (if at all).As Trello is a core application for us, it’s a shame that we’re moving to a system that doesn’t allow us to integrate with it as we’re used in our current (soon to be old) system. Thanks.

Differentiate articles and messages viewed by customers vs. internal users.

Hi Everyone!  A bit of context:  Our proprietary software allows super admins to log in as the customer to help troubleshoot account issues our customer may be facing. The issue we’re running into is that Intercom Messenger appears in the instance where the super admin has logged in as the customer. Any knowledge articles or messages that are shared with the actual customer are marked as seen because the super admin has visibility into it.   Question: Is there any way Intercom can differentiate that our super admins have logged in as the customer and keep any articles or messages in “unread” status until it's viewed by the actual customer?  Has anyone in the community faced a similar issue that may be able to point me in the right direction to find a solution or workaround?  Thanks in advance!  V

Problem description:On our website, after integration with Intercom, our Carousel component lost CSS styles. Problem occurs only on mobile devices (iPhone). On Tablets everything works fine.  Styles are removed from class names starting from “mantine-” Steps to reproduce:Open Intercom chat window Close Intercom chat window Move to any web page with Carousel componentCarousel has lost base styles.  Tech Stack:NextJS (SSR) Mantine UI Components Mantine Carousel (based on Embla Carousel)

Hi everyone, Just want to confirm that can we embed/install Intercom in the app that we developed (can be found on App store)? So that our customers can reach out to customer support by clicking the messenger icon when they log-in to our app?
