How do I set up the same Product Tour to be used across different organisations?

We are a LMS platform that hosts learning content of different organizations. We have a product tour on how to use our platform, but diferent organizations are set up with dufferent brandinng colors etc. How do we set up the tour in such a way that the same tour appears for different organizations.

Is there a way to append a query string in a link click (Click on the element) or to set a completely different URL to the target?

We have some automated behaviors in our application that should preferably not run during the product tour. I'd like to be able to append "?producttour=1" in the URL so we can deactivate some functionalities in the code. Is that something that's possible or that will eventually be? Thank you

When a product tour is running each steps that we go through I get a black box with the following text "Intercom live chat tour" and this gets accumulated in the screen. It produces a bad user experience. Look at the image. Can you help?

My URL doesn't work

I build my product tour and when I get to stage 5, or add another step, it says that the URL doesn't match and the site can't be loaded.  The challenge for us is that we built our portal via Stacker (a 3rd party front end linking with airtable) and to get intercom on our site, we added the code that was generated and sent it to the guys for them to load on. It appears that there may be an issue with how it's configured?  Can anyone assist?

It seems that I am having difficulties with opening the "Product tours" page this morning. Is there a general issue today?

 I also experienced a couple of issues trying to open other tabs too. Got the "We are experiencing some issues" message a couple of times. There is no information about this issue in the status page. I tried all possible scenarios - reseting cache/cookies, trying different browsers, different connection, incognito tab - same outcome.

Dynamic Url on Second page of the Product Tour.

While creating a Product tour for multiple pages, how can I add rules on the second page which I am able to put on the first page from where I start the tour.Scenario: In my tour I ask user to create a new project and this takes the user to new page. Now on the new page, we have the projectId as the url parameter. So when I create a tour and user clicks on the New Project tab, it is always redirected to the project which I created while making the product tour.Can you suggest how to achieve this ?

Why is my Product Tour step disassociating itself from the UI element?

When I set up my product tour (for a logged in user), I associate each step to an element (& it looks great). Once I click on preview, the steps are no longer associated to any of the elements.

Standard change management aside, how are y'all approaching adoption of tours? For both customers and agents / employees? Some of our learnings;Customers are a bit scared to try itCustomers will start a tour, get side tracked and leave the tour (by accident often)Agents do not like sharing them if they don't know how they work or if they did not build themLinking tours to feature releases / updates has had best resultsWe do not have feature flagging or tracking as a data point so tracking tours success has been challenging What approaches have y'all taken to drive more adoption?

What's your preferred number of steps in a product tour?

Curious to other product tour users ... what's your default go to length for a product tour? I've heard users can get fatigued after 4-5 steps but wondering if anyone has seen a good best practice on length.  Generally I'm referring to tours that introduce a major piece of functionality, new feature, etc... obviously many tours need only be 1 or 2 steps.
