Is there any option to get event about Post (message anouncement for instance) has been created / setted as “live” ? via API for example? before user received it

We do have the content_stat.post Webhook to track Post activity, but the activity it tracks is for actions between it and the Intercom Contact it gets sent to (see actions below).
There isn’t a Webhook for when a Post gets set ‘live’ though or any other activity that would take place on the Admin-side of those Outbound Messages.
