It reminded me of a thread I saw about interactive word puzzle embeds and layout behavior in web pages (for example, something like playful UI content here, where content sometimes loads slowly or misaligns depending on container size.So I’m curious — when you embed interactive content in Intercom messages or articles, have you noticed load delays, alignment issues, or inconsistent behavior on mobile vs desktop? Could these be caused by how intercom’s HTML sandbox handles scripts or css, or is it more related to the embed itself? We are a SaaS environment where FIN supports two separate products that are able to be connected to one another.  We are working with audience content targeting and other documentation flows and guidance to ensure the proper resources and content are sourced for the correct inquiries.  We’ve also had issues where changes were implemented before we were able to ALL sourced content updated, and instruction was given that couldn’t be followed. Has anyone come up with a way to track conversations that specifically are giving information the customer is unable to follow?Current Idea going over this afternoon is to make an attribute, and have the key words and things often asked include “its not there” “i’m unable to do that” “that is missing for me” and other example statements we’ve seen in chat, and have that be a specific attribute used in an escalation guidance, and get those customers to reps to verify their environment. Hi everyone,My team is trying to refine our reporting, and we’re running into an issue where our "First Response Time" metrics are being skewed.We are trying to measure the speed of our agents picking up a chat specifically after Fin hands it off.However, we often have scenarios where Fin closes a chat without human interaction. Then, a few days later, we might manually check in on that user or follow up on the closed conversation. Currently, the reporting counts those intervening days as "wait time," which makes our response metrics look inaccurate (showing 2+ day response times for chats that were actually closed).Does anyone have a workaround or a specific filter setup that isolates "Active Fin Hand-offs" vs. "Manual Follow-ups on Closed Chats"? We want to see how fast we are responding to immediate needs, without the data being dragged down by our sporadic follow-ups.Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,We’re using Fin with an escalation rule that hands the conversation off to a human when certain conditions are met.Right now, when escalation triggers, Fin sends the customer a fixed handoff message that repeats word-for-word across conversations. The phrasing doesn’t match our support tone of voice, and it feels robotic.Is there a way to control or customize the customer-facing text that Fin sends at the moment of escalation/handoff?

The Companies List API has a limit of 10000 companies. Does the Retrieve API have the same limits?In other words, can I call https://api.intercom.io/companies?page=<page>&per_page=50 and paginate over more than 10000 companies?

Hello,I have a data connector whose purpose is to find a custom object by its id. And it can return NULL if it finds nothing.I would like to branch a workflow depending on whether or not the data connector was successfull in finding the custom object, and it’s not very clear how I can achieve that.I tried to use the “branch” step with a condition saying that one of the (mandatory) fields of the custom object is “any value” or “is unknown” but that didn’t work. The branch step is behaving like the custom object is always there, even when my endpoint returned NULL. I think the data connector is creating an instance of the custom object in all scenarios.What could be the proper way to do that?

After starting a conversation or sending/responding in an email thread within intercom, is there a way to see it actually in the “sent” folder within outlook? I feel as though I cannot confirm if all my messages are actually being sent or leaving from my email address. I don’t like not being able to access outgoing messages from within outlook if they're sent from intercom but using the same email address..? Does anyone have any insight on this?

I am triggering an article in the Messenger, using the showArticle method. The article is pulled up within the Messenger - but aticle-to-article links from that original article open in a new window (outside of my app).  How do I keep the new articles showing in the Messenger so that the user isn’t directed out of the app?For additional clarity I am not linking to outside content, only other articles in Intercom.

We are using @intercom/intercom-react-native v9.4.0 with Expo.When we send mobile push notifications, we can track:    •    How many users received the push    •    Which users opened it (tap on the push)  However, we also use POST messages, and inside those POST we include deeplinks to redirect users to specific screens in the app.Here’s the issue:    •    We can track how many users opened the POST message    •    But we cannot track link interactions inside the POST    •    The “Clicked” metric is always empty, even when users tap the deeplinkIs there any workaround or recommended approach to track when users tap deeplinks or links inside POST messages?

Hi! I’ve figured out how to trigger the creation of an intercom ticket from slack, but wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks to share because it looks like there are a few ways to do this. Is there a way to trigger replies in thread when the rep in Intercom replies to the ticket?  I currently set it up (Option A) so that a slack workflow triggers an intercom back-office ticket as one of the steps of the slack workflow. However it seems like the other option (Option B) could be to set the Slack settings in Intercom so that the workflow bot triggers a conversation? Hello there! I am having some issues to understand how to assign the Conversation Rating to an agent. Context: I am using Fivetran connector to load the data on our Data Warehouse and from conversation_history table I am grabbing the column conversation_rating_teammate_id to link the owner of the rating with the corresponding admin/agent. Issue: We want to attribute the rating of each conversation to an agent using the same logic Intercom is using in the UI where the last agent who respond get the credit but for some conversations the last message author ID from conversation_part_history is not the same as the conversation_rating_teammate_id. Can someone explain me how this attribution logic works?Thanks!

This issue occurs on the vivo V1963A phone, Android 10.When selecting files, entering the file manager page, opening the file directory in the top left corner, selecting File Manager, then selecting Documents, and clicking on a file within that directory causes a crash.This crash appears to be a permissions issue, it's unclear what permissions are being added or requested.
