Hi we have just implemented CSAT ratings and are doing surprisingly well from the customers who have rated us, however it doesn’t tell us the whole picture. Are you able to tell me whether it is possible to add CSAT to the creator of a message or ticket when there are multiple participants. I don’t want it sent to all participants just to the creator of the message. We often get messages with multiple people are CC’d into the conversation on first contact.If this cant be achieved currently are there any plans to include this?
Asking on behalf of the user 👉 “One question for my team, we use a workflow-based bot to engage with users when they go to our page; We wanted to be able to have the bot respond to unresponsive customers who drop off the automation rather than just closing out the ticket, specifically if they haven't hit the point where they have responded or our team hasn't stepped in, and has only responded to quick replies. Ideally, we want it where that users can be followed up with automatically if they haven't left that quick reply stage.”

“Is it in the pipeline to add Folders to workflows? Not sure deleting them always makes sense, but if we could subfolder them under each workflow type that would be great.”
