Hey @evgeniya ! At the moment you cannot link an external bot with Intercom. Would you mind expanding a bit more on your use case? I ask this because I want to check whether custom action will be helpful for your use case. Custom Actions are no-code and deeply embedded integrations that can connect your live external data with Intercom. This live data can be used to power bot flows, allowing your customers to self-serve their queries automatically in the Messenger. More details can be found in this article
