If the end user is logging into the exact same account on both devices, they should see their conversation history load within each device. To confirm, are you saying that the user is logging in using the same email address, but isn’t seeing that the expected user data and conversation history is loading? It sounds like the user may be getting seen as two separate users (and was created as a duplicate) when logging into each device from separate accounts. If that is the case, I can escalate this to the Support team to look into your specific use case further here and advise on next best steps. Let me know if you would like me to do that!
