I have been experiencing very slow API response times recently. Upwards of 10+ seconds and some never returning for both the list tags and search conversations endpoints.
I checked the rate limit and seems to be plenty left, besides I do end up with a 200 response when it does eventually return.
Not really sure whats going on so any guidance would be appreciated.

Hey @jesse g The response times can increase in periods of sudden higher volumes. Do you see this consistently or occasionally? The speed of API requests will differ depending on the endpoint. /search endpoints response times can be slower and depend on which parameters are used in the query.
