Has anyone else had trouble integrating Stripe?

We're trying to connect the Stripe app to our workspace, but we've encountered a couple of questions or data required that are out of our scope, such as banking accesses. Do we need a specific user profile on Stripe?Thank you!

Hey @LucíaRacheal from the support engineer team here&#128075;This is information that is needed to set up a Stripe account, since Stripe by nature is dealing with payments. I'm afraid there isn't anything that Intercom can do to alter their sign up process, since this is done through their platform. I would suggest reaching out to their support team here!

Thank you Racheal! We've been investigating and it seems this issue is because our Stripe user is not an Admin. We're trying to update our permissions on the account &#128588;&#127997;​
