Hello Intercom Community!

I'm seeking guidance on integrating Intercom with Webflow. My academy is currently powered by Webflow, and I'm interested in automating the process of updating our Intercom help center.

Specifically, I want to ensure that whenever a new article is added to our Academy on Webflow, it automatically gets published in the Intercom help center as well.

Is this type of integration feasible? If so, could you please provide some insights or direct me to relevant resources or documentation?

Thanks for reaching out! Larissa here from Intercom Support.

Intercom doesn't have a native Webflow integration/installation. That being said, Webflow does support adding your own Javascript code: https://university.webflow.com/lesson/custom-code-in-the-head-and-body-tags

So you should be able to install the Javascript Intercom Installation in a Webflow site 👍

Dear webflow team,

not having a native integration with server side  HMAC to enforce identify verification can lead to serious security issues.

 

Considering the popularity of intercom you should definitely consider intercom native backend integration.

@Jean-Louis Queguiner look like the answer might be in this, but I’m unsure https://developers.webflow.com/data/docs/working-with-webhooks

No because this solution is when you have access  to the server side to generate a signature and you don’t have access to the server side of webflow.
