Why is my Intercom customer data not showing in Zendesk?

I can't set up Zendesk and intercom integration. I wrote from one mail to both Zendesk and Intercom. And this data is not visible

Hey @карина​, Intercom's Zendesk integration allows you to view your Intercom customer data from within Zendesk, and allows you to manually create a ticket in Zendesk from a conversation in Intercom. Our article on this integration goes into more detail on this!It doesn't automatically sync Intercom conversations with Zendesk tickets and vice versa.With that in mind, can you give me a bit more detail on the exact issue that you're facing?

@карина​, I think you can view the customer data from the Intercom within Zendesk and manually add tickets. Alternately, you can also use any of the no-code integration platforms like tray.io, piesync.com, or Automate.io that can help you to automatically sync the data.
