I can't set up Zendesk and intercom integration. I wrote from one mail to both Zendesk and Intercom. And this data is not visible
Hey @карина​, Intercom's Zendesk integration allows you to view your Intercom customer data from within Zendesk, and allows you to manually create a ticket in Zendesk from a conversation in Intercom. Our article on this integration goes into more detail on this!

It doesn't automatically sync Intercom conversations with Zendesk tickets and vice versa.

@карина​ , I think you can view the customer data from the Intercom within Zendesk and manually add tickets. Alternately, you can also use any of the no-code integration platforms like tray.io, piesync.com, or Automate.io that can help you to automatically sync the data.
