Hi, I have problem setting up the Slack integration within the Intercom.

The slack channel is not showing up in the dropdown under "Notify a public channel" in the configuration modal.
The Intercom app is added to the channel.

I tried all steps followed by the guidelines instructions but it still not showing up.
Also, when testing with the “private” channels the messages are not being shared to slack.

Hey @Bee 👋 Eden from the support engineer team here.

It looks like you connected with an Intercom teammate about this and that it was a permissions issue. To reiterate here, you will need the 'Can manage rules' permission in order to fully configure the Slack integrations within different Workflows. I see that the support teammate also submitted feedback to the team to make this more clear in our documentation. Let us know if more questions come up!

I got the same issue, despite having all permissions. What other hidden criteria has to be fulfilled to be able to look up the channel list?
