Can articles have a "next verification date"?

Hello! We would love to be able to set a "verification interval" for our help articles. We use this feature in Guru and it's very useful for keeping our internal knowledge base up-to-date. It would be even more useful for our Intercom help articles, since we want to be sure we're providing customers with accurate information.

At the moment, it isn't possible to set a "next verification" date for articles.

You can do this with an Intercom app: Docs Fresh.

You can create policies with certain verification intervals. It will also scan for things like broken links and automatically assign tasks for your team to make updates.
