Hi, is there an option to export certain articles from our intercom article help center?

Hi @bernice, managed to utilise the API for extracting metadata of all the customer facing articles in the help center. Is there a way to export internal facing articles from our knowledge base as well?

Hi, @Julius Vinnemann 

You can export specific articles from your Intercom Help Center using the Help Desk Migration, an Intercom partner, available in the Intercom app store.

 

Export up to 20 articles for free. If you need to export more, a fee applies.

 

Easily migrate articles based on their status and match article fields accordingly.
