Hi @Julius Vinnemann  You can export articles from your Intercom Help Center using the Articles API. You'll find more on this in our Developer docs and in this article from our Help Center - Formatting and exporting your articles with the Articles API

Hi @bernice, managed to utilise the API for extracting metadata of all the customer facing articles in the help center. Is there a way to export internal facing articles from our knowledge base as well?
