Whether using the custom domain or altering the default intercom help centre domain, I'm getting a 403 response. Please help!

Hey @user1356 , Magnus from Intercom here!
Normally, a 403 is a permissions error. It's likely that your user doesn't have the correct permissions for altering Help Center matierial!
To check, you can ask a teammate to edit your permissions and ensure that you have the ones required. You'd need the "Can manage Articles" permission to be able to edit your Help Center.
If this doesn't help, feel free to reach out to us through the Messenger for some more detailed investigations!
