I would like to know if there is a way we can show the list of articles from out of intercom platform.
For example, we have our own FAQ articles in another platform (headless CMS prismic) and wanna show those articles in messenger.

It isn't possible to add third party Articles to the Article inserter app, but you can utilize the Content Showcase app for this! You can add the URL to your outside Articles along with a thumbnail and description, and then insert it on your Messenger home:
Hi @racheal ! Related to @user2086's question, (let me know if I should add this as a new question!) are there examples of folks using the Articles API to sync with another knowledge base? We use Document360 for our help center because of the additional features that we require, but we would love to take advantage of more of the self-service options that Intercom Articles offers. Looking for the best of both worlds, always - ya know. 😂
