Thanks for raising this. At the moment, Fin AI Agent does not support preventing customers from leaving a rating after a given period of time. The only available control is preventing rating changes after a set window. The Inbox CSAT module supports both options, but Fin currently does not. I’ve flagged this feedback to our product team, as we’ve heard similar requests. In the meantime, the closest workaround would be adjusting how and when Fin sends the CSAT (via inactivity or positive feedback triggers).
