I requested my CSV file of my contacts .. its been over 24 hours . . we have about 21,000 records. Never yet was received to my email, or other emails on our account. Help! Thanks so much.

Hi @user322​, it would appear there was an issue with sending to your email address, as the emails were bouncing.

 

However, our Support team have now removed your address from our bounce list - can you try the export again and let me know if it goes through OK this time?
