Over the last couple of weeks, some of my teams are reporting that the Recent Page Views data is missing from certain leads and visitors These all seem to be from visitors using Chrome... wondering if anyone else has noticed this, and wether its a new update to Chrome that prevents tracking ?

Our team is also experiencing the same issue. I hadn't tracked it down to Chrome users, so thanks for the info.

Yes, indeed. Stopped about 6 days ago for us (e.g. 9/15 or 9/16).

Upon further investigation, it's also happening with Safari users. I couldn't track down any trends or patterns. I've sent an inquiry to Intercom. I'll follow up here with what I find out.


Safari as well. I just started seeing "recent page views" populate again in the last two days. Watching it to see if it's fixed or just temporarily working.


Yes, I have noticed it on Safari


after I read this I think I need this for the development of my website apriltoto maybe in the future I have to learn a lot more about what intercom is, thank you all friends.
