Is it possible to send customer a request to rate the conversation after ticket was closed second/third time? as now it only sends automatically first time the ticket is closed

Hey @user900​! Currently, a conversation rating request will only send on the first close. It's not possible to re-trigger it.

 

However, a customer can always go back and change the conversation rating, provided that they didn't leave a comment with the rating.

Hello @user900​ , You can also use external NPS/Feedback tracker apps to send feedback request twice.
