Is it possible to send customer a request to rate the conversation after ticket was closed second/third time? as now it only sends automatically first time the ticket is closed

Hey @user900! Currently, a conversation rating request will only send on the first close. It's not possible to re-trigger it.
However, a customer can always go back and change the conversation rating, provided that they didn't leave a comment with the rating.
Could you tell me a little more about your use case here, please? I'll tag in our @Product Wishlist group so that I know to add this feedback to my monthly report.
