I’m exploring the possibility of integrating Trustpilot with Intercom and would love to get your insights. Does anyone have experience with this integration or know of any tools or methods to make it happen?

While we don’t have a native Trustpilot integration, you may be able to integrate Intercom <> Trustpilot by using a third-party app like Zapier or by using Intercom’s own Custom Actions and Trustpilot’s API to create your own integration.
You can integrate Trustpilot with Intercom using APIs and webhooks. Trustpilot’s API allows you to fetch reviews, while Intercom’s API lets you display them in conversations or trigger responses. A custom webhook can automate review requests after customer interactions.
