Hi! Is there a way to Intercom to disable email notifications to practitioners that they have a new message in the portal if the only new message is a CSAT rating request? Otherwise would like to submit the product request

Hi
The only way to prevent the CSAT notification from sending is to turn off all notifications.
I’ll go ahead and flag this as a Feature Request for our product team to consider implementing!
