Feature request: Can we disable CSAT rating request email notifications to customer?

Hi! Is there a way to Intercom to disable email notifications to practitioners that they have a new message in the portal if the only new message is a CSAT rating request? Otherwise would like to submit the product request 💜

Hi @Natasha Gazvoda !

The only way to prevent the CSAT notification from sending is to turn off all notifications. 

I’ll go ahead and flag this as a Feature Request for our product team to consider implementing!

Is there an update about this request? We also need it!
