How is it possible when I receive and email to say to the client : "Hello We get your question we come back to you as soon as possible" ? :)

Currently we don't have a built-in functionality to automatically respond to incoming emails that are sent to your Intercom app, however, you could set this up with a little coding on your end by subscribing to our webhooks and then sending a reply to each conversation programmatically via our REST API.
