I would like to visualize only conversations in my team’s Inbox.  Is there a way to create a custom view that excludes tickets?

@Adolfo M12 I’m thinking you could do this with the Create View feature by creating rules that exclude all your ticket types -- I haven’t done this before but theoretically, I’m thinking this could work or maybe some combination of Ticket State and Ticket Type if you only want to see Tickets if they are in a specific state or specific type etc.  (See screenshot below)
