When using Intercom, I have often seen the icons of my teammates who are viewing the live chat conversation with a customer. However, this has since disappeared and I am not sure why.

Hey
This likely because we have recently introduced an option where you can disable this behaviour, so someone in your workspace might have disabled it. You can check this by going to Settings>Inbox Settings>Teammate presence

I’ve enabled this setting for our account but it doesn’t seem to work. Any advices would be appreciated.
